Well if u did I never saved the template. I thought I had one but couldn't find anything saved.

ay i was gonna make a new thread for this question, but i seen this one on the way so ill just add on.

i was trying to get a mes build to farm raptors myself, and i found this one on pvx:

but im having issues with it, it takes so long for mist form to recharge even with an hsr 20% mod and enchant mod. i usually die after it runs out, unless i cast it early before i hit the mob.

can anyone suggest any modifications to this build for efficiency?

the reason why i chose this build is cus i dont have nightfall and cant use more common builds for this. there is an assassin build i can run also but my asuran rank is too low atm.

That build is supposed to constantly recharge Mist Form through Air of Superiority, if you're not about to kill raptors when you cast it, it won't recharge in time. The usage section under the build explains pretty well how to run the build - don't cast Mist Form until you've got all the raptors you can aggro.

You could try dropping the Battle Standard for Glyph of Swiftness, but I have no idea if it would work efficiently. Probably wouldn't TBH.
